Today: Applications of Mathematical Modeling to Risk Management (Part II)

The Special Colloquium Series in Applied Mathematics will host five one-hour lectures throughout the spring 2009 semester. The second lecture of this series is today, Tuesday, March 10, during Bengal Pause in Bulger Communication West 2. The main purpose of the lecture series is to introduce students to some general aspects of Credit Risk, to take a closer look at Consumer Risk Management and to generate interest in potentially pursuing a career in the field of Financial Risk Management.

Proceeds from this event benefit the Legacy Scholarship Fund, a scholarship awarded annually to a deserving Buffalo State student who is the child or grandchild of an alumnus/na.
