Recycle all used printer and copier cartridges, either by mailing them to Central Receiving (CR) or giving them to the college employee who delivers new goods to your office. Please do not deposit used cartridges in the trash or recycling bins. Thank you for keeping unnecessary waste out of the landfill.

Join the Burchfield-Penney for “BEADACIOUS”

Join the Burchfield-Penney and hosts Nancy Weekly, Maryruth Glogowski & Rosalyn Lindner for "BEADACIOUS," one of the museum's Artful Table series, on Sunday, July 31 at 1 pm. Artist and jewelry maker Mary Helen Miskuly will share her expertise in a hands-on beading workshop & will guide each guest in the creation of a beautiful floral bracelet. All materials will be supplied. Lunch includes Cold Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Salmon, Variety of Salads, Champagne, Kir Royale, "Beadecadant" Desserts. Cost is $65 per person; all proceeds benefit the museum. For info, call Jeanine at 878-3907.

Dear Italian movie aficionados, here we are celebrating our fifth anniversary. Hooray! July 22: Mambo Italiano (Comedy), English. Begins at dusk, The Elmwood Village near W. Ferry. Free, bring chairs. We are excited to bring this program to the campus community and to the community at large, once again. We will welcome you with music and audience participation once more, however, sadly we will not show shorts by Christian Campos this year. Looking forward to seeing you on Elmwood Avenue. Alumni Reunion Weekend 2005

Record numbers and record temperatures greeted us at this year's alumni reunion weekend, "A Touch of Class" July 14-17. Attended by more than 300 alumni and friends of the college, this year's reunion celebration recognized the classes of 1945, 55, 60, 65 and the 50 Plus Club, along with two of our alumni chapters, the Silas L. Boyd Memorial A Cappella Choir and the Psi Phi Beta Fraternity Chapters. Thanks to all members of the campus community who supported our reunion efforts and ensured the success of this event. Your assistance was greatly appreciated!

Equity and Campus Diversity Minigrants

The Equity and Campus Diversity Office is accepting applications for minigrants to provide financial assistance for projects, workshops, and activities to strengthen excellence in diversity as described in the college mission, strategic directions, initiatives, and priorities. Applications that enhance diversity in the curriculum are especially encouraged. Awards will be approximately $850 with awards up to $2,000 for projects of special merit.
