Project Flight's Books for Kids Drive to be Televised

Please take part in helping kids in our community escape child poverty and start a new chapter by stopping by Wegmans on Sheridan Drive and Essjay Road in Williamsville, Friday, April 30. WGRZ-TV 2 on Your Side will be broadcasting live at this location from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on that day to accept your donations of new children’s books or cash so that Project Flight can place books in the hands of children who have no books of their own.

URM Fellowship Deadline Approaching

The deadline for accepting URM Fellowship applications is April 30. These fellowships provide a $12,000 per year stipend for qualified undergraduate students. The URM Program is funded by the National Science Foundation's Undergraduate Research and Mentoring Program in the Division of Biological Infrastructure.
