Your final papers are nearly due. You’ve got good ideas for your topic, but you’re not sure how to organize those ideas into a coherent composition. Here's your opportunity to learn how to outline your material into a presentable paper. Attend this Eleventh-hour Workshop, “Organizing Essay Content,” presented by instructor-tutor Tom Renzi and sponsored by the Academic Skills Center of University College. The workshop is offered free to Buffalo State students.

Students requesting a letter grade in place of a pass/fail grade should submit a Substitution for Pass/Fail form no later than Monday, May 17.

Registration is now open for the 27th annual Bengal Club Golf Classic, Monday, June 28, at the beautiful Orchard Park Country Club (OPCC). The tournament benefits Buffalo State's 400-plus student-athletes and their programs. Golfers will enjoy OPCC's beautiful practice range as well as free instruction from two area PGA professionals followed by a delicious barbeque lunch on the club's terrace overlooking the course.

Tullis Johnson, Burchfield Penney manager of archives and information resources and author of "The Doodles of Charles Burchfield" in the Heat Waves in a Swamp catalog, will speak on Burchfield and his doodles, Thursday, May 6, at 7:00 p.m.
