Correction to Calculation of Survey Results for Scanner Forms

Posted:

Effective immediately: Please note the following change in the calculation of survey results for scanner forms submitted to Computing and Technology Services for processing. In the past, blank responses to individual survey questions were erroneously counted as responses when calculating the mean and standard deviation for each of the survey questions. This has been corrected, and the missing and multiple responses are no longer included in these calculations.
