Maximum Credit Hour Limit Override Authorization

Posted:

There is a form to request a change to a student's maximum credit hour limit in Banner. A revised version was sent to the associate deans on November 13 to be distributed to each department. Each department should maintain a supply of copies. There was one revision to the form which is requiring the student Banner ID instead of the last four digits of the SSN. Completed forms should be faxed to the Registrar's Office on a daily basis, especially during peak times (registration, for example). Once the override is entered into Banner, the student is able to view their maximum credit hour limit in self-service listed under "add or drop classes" section heading.
