<em>USA Today</em> Seeks Outstanding Undergraduate Students

Do you know an outstanding junior or senior? USA Today is looking for 20 outstanding college juniors and seniors to be a part of its 20th annual All-USA College Academic Team. Criteria include academics, campus and community involvement, leadership, and an essay on the candidate’s most outstanding intellectual endeavor as an undergraduate. The top 20 students are designated members of USA Today's All-USA College Academic First Team; they will be featured in USA Today in March and will receive trophies and cash awards of $2,500. The nomination form can be found at www.all-usanomination.com; the deadline is Friday, December 12.

The ramifications of the SUNY Transfer and Articulation resolution will be addressed as they relate to transfer students entering Buffalo State College with A.A. or A.S. degrees from SUNY two-year colleges.

At Face Value: A Computer Demonstration of the Effects of Long Term Tobacco Use

In celebration of the Great American Smokeout, a representative from Roswell Park Cancer Institute will bring in the very popular Aging Machine on Tuesday, November 18, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in the Campbell Student Union lobby.
