Faculty Banner Registration Tip

Posted:

You granted a student a capacity override but the student reports that he/she still cannot register for your class. What should you do? Answer: Once a student has been given an override for a closed course (capacity override), he/she must enter the CRN directly into the worksheet to register. The "Look Up Class" feature will not work, because it will still show that the course is closed.
