If you are hiring new full-time faculty, please send your equipment requests to CTSPurchasing@buffalostate.edu. Please specify PC or Mac, and either desktop or laptop. An HP K550 printer will be included by default, unless a different printer is required for the work they will be performing. Special software (other than the standard Office suite and default applications installed by CTS) and other peripherals are the responsibility of the department/dean’s office. Please also include the faculty member’s name, department, and room number/phone extension (if known). Thank you.
Don't ever skip breakfast. Eat something: a piece of toast, fruit, etc. Your body's metabolism rate slows down at night and does not speed up again until you eat something. If you wait until lunch to eat, that is four or more hours that your body is burning calories at a lower rate. Eat something soon after you get out of bed and your body will burn calories at a higher rate until lunch.
