Students Interested in Earning Their M.S.W.

Admissions representatives from the M.S.W. programs at the University at Buffalo and Case Western Reserve University will meet with interested students today, Friday, October 20, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. in E. H. Butler Library 210 to present the distinctive characteristics of their graduate programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid opportunities. All undergraduate majors are welcome to attend.

Josephine Goodyear Foundation to Fund Health Program

Weigel Health Center's Bridging the Health Insurance Gap program has received $2,500 in support from the Josephine Goodyear Foundation. This funding will assist approximately 50 students during the 2006-2007 academic year who are unable to cover their own health expenses due to financial hardship. The Josephine Goodyear Foundation has actively supported this important program in the past.

Community Service Day Rescheduled to Saturday October 21

Due to last week's storm, Community Service Day has been rescheduled for this coming Saturday, October 21, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Please note, the registration site has been changed to the lobby of Rockwell Hall. In addition to scheduled projects, volunteers will be working to clean up storm debris throughout the city. Please consider volunteering yourself to assist our community, and please encourage students to get involved.
