25th Annual Edition of Newsletter International

The International Student Affairs Office has just published the 25th edition of its well-known annual Newsletter International. This special edition contains several articles by faculty, staff, and students on a wide range of topics, such as the Fulbright Program, Project FLIGHT, the internationalization of the economics and finance program at Buffalo State, and travel experiences in many parts of the world.

Reminder: Enrollment Deadlines for PEP and PIP Programs

Friday, November 24, will be the last day to submit the enrollment forms for the 2007 Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) and the Productivity Improvement Program (PIP). CSEA, PEF, and classified M/C employees may forfeit three days of vacation or personal leave, while UUP and M/C employees may forfeit three days of vacation in exchange for a $400 credit to be applied toward health insurance premiums in 2007.

Once again, the Buffalo State College Newman Center's Alternative Spring Break team of students will be offering child care services on Friday, December 1, between the hours of 6:00 and 10:00 p.m. Bring your children to the Newman Center facility at 1219 Elmwood Avenue and we'll keep them safe, cared for, and entertained while you enjoy a night out! Suggested donation is $5/hour, and all proceeds benefit the 2007 Spring Break Service Trip to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
