Nutrition Walk for Health

Start taking steps toward a healthier you! Join the students in the coordinated program in the Dietetics and Nutrition Department in front of Caudell Hall on Thursday, October 6, during Bengal Pause for Nutrition Walk for Health. Come learn about the new food guide—MyPyramid. Have fun! Do something good for yourself—WALK! You’ll receive a goodie bag for all your efforts at the end of the walk. To register, send e-mail to nutritionwalk@yahoo.com with your name, campus address, and number of walkers. Bring one or two nonperishable food items with you the day of the walk. The food will be donated to the Food Bank. Hope to see you there!
