New Curriculum Management System: CIM

Posted:

From the Chair of the College Senate Curriculum Committee
Buffalo State University is transitioning to a new workflow management system for curriculum, CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM). CIM (pronounced "kim") will be available sometime in September; an exact date has not yet been determined. Please do not submit any new curricular actions to KissFlow. The KissFlow system is no longer available for curricular submissions. Curricular proposals can be submitted when CIM becomes available.

Curricular proposals that were submitted in KissFlow but were not reviewed will be transitioned to CIM when the new system is launched. If you currently have a proposal in KissFlow that was approved with revisions, please complete the revisions and email the revised proposals to Curriculum Committee chair Dianne McCarthy as soon as possible.

A new handbook explaining the new workflow, including the forms for developing proposals, will be available Friday, September 1.

The last day to submit curricular proposals for fall 2023 review is Wednesday, November 15.

Please contact Dr. McCarthy with any questions about curricular submissions or review.
