Campbell Student Union Renovation Update

Posted:

The east entrance of the Campbell Student Union (facing E. H. Butler Library) has reopened to the public. Through this entrance, you can once again access retail dining and the newly refurbished elevator, providing access to the basement level, main floor, and fourth floor. The third floor will remain inaccessible until the completion of the project, which is anticipated in January 2013. The upper lobby remains under construction, with no traffic permitted through to the lower lobby. To reach the lower lobby, including the bookstore, ATM’s, and Information Center, you must walk through retail dining or outside the building to the north entrance (toward Cassety Hall). The main floor renovation is expected to be completed by the end of October 2012.

Pardon Our Dust!

Posted:

These are exciting times at Buffalo State, as our university is in the midst of a $350 million physical transformation. Projects such as the Technology Building, the Science and Mathematics Complex, and the extensive rehabilitations of the Campbell Student Union, Houston Gym, and Rockwell Hall will greatly enhance the student experience at Buffalo State.

Of course, with progress comes some disruption. As these construction projects continue, the campus community is encouraged to visit www.buffalostate.edu/construction for updates on projects and maps of construction zones and accessible routes.

If you have any questions or suggestions regarding campus construction, please contact vpfm@buffalostate.edu. Your opinion counts!

Thanks for your patience.
