July 1 Departmental Budget Allocations: August 7 Update

Posted:

The establishment of July 1 budgets for state-appropriated funds is a priority activity for this campus. Buffalo State strives for its annual submission to be among the first accepted by SUNY so that departmental allocations will be posted at the earliest possible date; however, we do not control additional actions that must occur within SUNY for allocations to be posted to campus accounts.

At this time, it appears it may take several more weeks before 2012–2013 departmental budget allocations are posted to campus accounts; we have requested that this matter be expedited if possible. We will advise you when budget allocations can be viewed via the SMRT application.

In the interim, managers of State Purpose Fund accounts may view initial allocations for their departmental accounts via the 2012–2013 Budget Development Process files.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. Please contact the Budget Office, ext. 4312, if you have any questions.
