The Volunteer and Service-Learning Center (VSLC) will hold its "Lend a Hand" Volunteer Fair on Wednesday, September 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Campbell Student Union lobby. Please encourage students to attend and meet with representatives from organizations in need of volunteers. All majors are welcome. Watch for more information and a list of attending agencies on our website.

Art Conservation Clinic

The Art Conservation Department is holding its annual clinic on Friday, September 17, from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. To make an appointment to have an object or paper piece examined for possible conservation treatment, please call our department secretary at ext. 5025. Paper artwork such as watercolors, prints, drawings, letters, documents, or rare books will be examined, in addition to objects such as three-dimensional artifacts made of ceramic, metal, glass, stone, wood, or composite constructions. When calling for an appointment, please make sure to specify the artwork you plan to bring in. Appointments are required and are filling up fast!
