In the unlikely event that you can't attend, please note that Academic Support is assembling a memory book to help tide Karen through her golden years. Windows 7/Office 2010 Upgrade

Posted:

Computing Services would like to thank everyone who joined us at the Windows 7 stakeholders meeting on November 9. For those of you not able to attend, we invite you to read through the meeting minutes online. Our goal is to migrate all campus PCs from Windows XP/Office 2007 to Windows 7/Office 2010 in time for the fall 2011 semester. We’ll be starting the deployment to some departments/offices in the spring. We’d like to hear from you to determine when your department/office will be ready to make the transition—spring 2011 versus summer 2011. If your department/office will be ready to make the switch before or during the spring 2011 semester, please let us know A.S.A.P. by e-mailing win7feedback@buffalostate.edu so we can begin coordinating the move. To learn more about the upgrade, you can visit our Windows 7 Upgrade Information page.
