BizLibrary Webinar: 'Navigating the Great Reshuffle' - March 17

Posted:

BizLibrary, an online employee training system, is providing a free webinar, “Navigating the Great Reshuffle," on Thursday, March 17, from noon to 1:00 p.m.

Since the start of the pandemic, more than half (59 percent) of working professionals in the U.S. have experienced a career reawakening, according to a recent survey by LinkedIn.

The Great Reshuffle sees employees rethinking not only how they work but why they work. Organizations have the opportunity to increase motivation and retention levels among employees with frameworks like reskilling and upskilling to lead a life with authenticity and reclaim personal power.

ThinkHumanPowerToFly, and BizLibrary invite leaders to share what organizations need to navigate the Great Reshuffle and how to prioritize both flexibility and fulfillment at work. Topics include

  • Why upskilling and reskilling is the primary lever for addressing skill gaps and keeping people engaged in their work,
  • Internal mobility as a response to the new urge for growth,
  • The importance of creating safe spaces and advocating for mental health in the workplace.

Please register using BizLibrary's Workshop Registration System.
