Webinar: Student / Faculty Partnerships in Technology

Posted:

A Webinar on student and faculty partnerships in technology will be held on Tuesday, April 8, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the Webinar Viewing Room, Bulger Communication Center 120. Teaching/learning centers must often address the increasing need to help faculty enhance their traditional and online classrooms with limited staff resources. This Webinar will demonstrate how Nancy Wozniak, Teaching Learning Center director and online education coordinator at Dutchess Community College, is managing these tasks through learning partnerships between the faculty and a group of work-study students employed by the center. Intrinsic motivators engage the students and enable them to own the quality of their work while extending the services of the center.
