New Purchase Order System Implemented

Posted:

The Purchasing Office has begun implementing the new SUNY Web-based procurement system for processing purchase orders. This is the biggest change in the Purchase Office in 25 years. As with any new change of this magnitude, we are experiencing growing pains while navigating the new system. We are in daily contact with SUNY System Administration to work out any problems that may occur.

Because of the newness of the system, there may be some delays in processing requisitions into purchase orders. Rush orders cannot be assured as the old system is no longer available to us during this time. Please allow plenty of time when submitting purchase requisitions to the Purchasing Office. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
