Applications are currently being accepted for the Ron Brown ITEC Scholarship. This scholarship will be given to a Buffalo State student who is enrolled for the fall 2016 semester and who shows promise in the study of computing and technology.

Applications and information on the selection criteria are available on the ITEC website. Applications must be submitted electronically by midnight Sunday, October 9.

Finalists will be interviewed by the selection committee. The selection committee's decision is final. Final notification will be sent to all applicants via e-mail.

Students from all majors are invited to join the Anne Frank Project's fifth student delegation to Rwanda in June 2017. Highlights of the trip include peace, reconciliation, and genocide studies; training in and implementation of AFP’s drama-based education and story-building model; and engagement in cultural and political experiences.

Do you have expertise, hobbies, or interests you would like to teach children ages 6 to 14? The Center for Excellence in Urban and Rural Education (CEURE) is looking for 25–30 undergraduate or graduate students to provide enrichment and recreation activities, homework support, and intensive literacy tutoring to students in grades 1 to 8 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
