Brief Job Description
The associate director of parking services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and strategic operations of the Parking Services Department. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining electronic and other office records, supervising student employees, approving time sheets, scheduling student employees, collecting delinquent parking accounts, reconciling payments, overseeing the electronic (or web-based) parking permit POS system, issuing temporary and visitor parking permits, and coordinating special parking accommodations for campus visitors.

The Buffalo State Alumni Association will host an ’80s Alumni Reunion Weekend on Friday and Saturday, October 14 and 15. Coffee with a Cop brings police officers and the community members they serve together over coffee to discuss issues and learn more about each other. Attending Coffee with a Cop is an easy way for faculty, staff, and students to get to know the members of University Police who serve our campus community. This is a great opportunity to chat with UPD officers to ask any questions you may have.
