Changes to Employee Reimbursement Processing

Posted:

All New York State employee reimbursements that will be processed under the new State Financial System will require an individual’s NYS Employee ID. This ID number is located on the employee’s NYS paycheck stub. In order to avoid delays in processing, please provide this number in the Payee ID section of the NYS Travel and Standard vouchers and on the pink requisition form effective immediately, since New York State will not process reimbursement without it. If you have any questions concerning your NYS Employee ID number, please call the Accounts Payable and Travel Services Office at ext. 4117.

Buffalo State Dining Fruit Dunk!

Posted:

In honor of National Nutrition Month and March Madness, power up with fruits that contain essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber that may help protect you from chronic diseases. Compared with people who consume a diet with only small amounts of fruits and vegetables, those who eat more generous amounts as part of a healthful diet are likely to have reduced risk of chronic diseases, including stroke and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers.

Fruit Dunk will be held today in Bengal Hall, resident dining in the Campbell Student Union, from noon to 2:00 p.m. Simply select the fruit of your choice, eat it leaving only the core, position yourself behind the line, and dunk the fruit core through the hoop for the chance to win free goodies!
