Reminder: Emergency Response Plan

Posted:

All faculty and staff members are urged to review the Emergency Response Plan and to evaluate their role in the event of an emergency on campus. The college's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program helps train people to better prepare to respond to emergency situations on campus. When emergencies happen, CERT members can give critical support to first responders, provide immediate assistance to victims, and organize spontaneous volunteers at a disaster site. CERT members can also help with non-emergency projects that help improve the safety of the campus.

The University Police Department, 878-6333, is the central source for information on personal safety in our workplace. If you would like additional information, please review the resource list with phone numbers on the University Police website.
