Bill Grieshober, adviser, Small Business Development Center, presented “Listening Skills for Auditors” to 67 participants during the Institute of Internal Auditors Western New York Chapter’s Annual Student Night on November 20. The internal audit majors of the University at Buffalo made up 40 of the participants. This is the fifth year that Grieshober has presented the program for Student Night.

Lisa Marie Anselmi, assistant professor, Anthropology;William Engelbrecht, professor emeritus, Anthropology; Susan Maguire, lecturer, Anthropology; and Kathy Leacock, lecturer, History and Social Studies Education, and director, museum studies program, served as members of the organizing board for the Eastern State Archaeological Federation’s 75th annual meeting, held November 6–9 in Lockport, New York. Anselmi served as program chair, Engelbrecht as local arrangements chair, Maguire as corporate sponsorship chair, and Leacock as registration chair. The conference attracted over 175 participants from the United States and Canada.

Priya), in theJournal of Safety Research 39 (4):433–436; and “The Effects of a Mandatory Motorcycle Helmet Law on Helmet Use and Injury Patterns among Motorcyclist Fatalities,” in the Journal of Safety Research, 39 (4): 429–432.
