Workshop on Comp Theory: The Why and How of Writing

This is the first in the spring 2012 "Writing Across the Curriculum" series of workshops. Michele Ninacs, director of the College Writing Program, presents "Comp Theory: The Why and How of Writing" on Tuesday, January 31, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in Classroom Building C202. This workshop will be a discussion format focusing on the cognitive and sociological functions of writing, as well as articulating how these functions influence the teaching of writing and using writing to teach. We hope colleagues from various disciplines will join us! R.S.V.P. through the CyberQuad registration system, or call Chris at ext. 5451.
