Posted: Friday, March 20, 2009Work to Take Place at Twin Rise and Academic Drive Next Week
To accommodate an upgrade to the electrical back-up power for the campus’ main computer system, the southwest entrance of Twin Rise will be closed next week (March 23-27). The other three entrances will remain unaffected, and should be used in case of emergency.
In addition, the northbound lane of Academic Drive will be closed on Wednesday, March 25, and Thursday, March 26. Flagmen will be on hand to maintain traffic in both directions. Some parking may be obstructed on either side of Academic Drive for the two days that this work is underway, and the sidewalk from Academic Drive to Rockwell Road will be closed.
