Wine Club: Uncorking the Possibilities at Bacchus Wine Bar and Restaurant

The Buffalo State Alumni Association has saved the best for last! Join your Alumni Association for the final Wine Club: Uncorking the Possibilities event of 2011 at Bacchus Wine Bar and Restaurant, 56 West Chippewa at Franklin, on Tuesday, November 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A sommelier will be your host for the evening in the newly renovated private-event area at Bacchus. A sommelier is a trained and knowledgeable wine professional, commonly working in fine restaurants, who specializes in all aspects of wine service, including wine and food pairings. This event promises to be a unique and enjoyable culinary experience. As always, space is limited, so make your reservation today. Cost is $40 per person. Complimentary valet parking is available for this event.

Paired with crab and cucumber salad with citrus vinaigrette
