The Aurora Waldorf School is offering Why Waldorf? A Tour for Educators on Wednesday, November 13, from 9:45 a.m. to noon at 525 West Falls Road, West Falls, New York (between East Aurora and Orchard Park).
This is a wonderful opportunity for students and faculty who are interested in exploring and understanding various teaching and learning models. Please sign up to tour the school, visit classrooms, view children's work, and engage with a panel of educators as they discuss the Steiner theory and Waldorf experience. Please note that although the school regularly hosts Why Waldorf tours, this tour is specifically designed for educators and includes a panel discussion not normally offered. All are invited to attend.
The Aurora Waldorf School serves children in grades pre-K through 8. The mission of the school is to provide a structured academic, practical, physical, and artistic curriculum that fosters each student’s capacity to become an independent and joyful individual, able to respond to life's challenges and the needs of fellow human beings with creative intelligence, courage, and love. Visit the school's website for more information.
RSVP to Jane Reid at 655-2029 or notify Tamara Horstman-Riphahn.
