What Is UB 2020 and Why Should You Care? Find Out at the College Senate Meeting

The University at Buffalo has announced a plan to expand its physical location and its student body; this could affect Buffalo State College. On Friday, December 14, at 1:30 p.m., in Classroom Building C122, as part of the meeting of the College Senate, UB President John B. Simpson will share his vision of UB 2020. Members of the campus community are invited to attend and ask questions (following questions from panel members Betty Cappella, David Carson, John DeNisco, George Hole, and Constance Qualls). To learn more about UB 2020, check out the following resources. Below is the link to the electronic version of The Knowledge to Build Our Economic Future document, probably the most relevant electronic overview for this purpose. For a more compact overview, please see this printable fact sheet from the Creative Services marketing toolbox; it’s a one-page overview of UB 2020 focusing on academic planning and the strategic strengths.
