Professional employees and faculty in Academic Affairs should be notified by Monday, September 25, whether they were recommended for a discretionary award by the dean or associate vice president. Employees who were not nominated by the dean or associate vice president may self-nominate to the provost by Thursday, September 28.
Professional employees in areas other than Academic Affairs should be notified by Monday, October 2, whether they were recommended by their vice president for a discretionary award. Employees who were not nominated by the vice president may self-nominate to the president by Friday, October 6.
