The newly launched Travel Services Department website provides information and direction to the campus community on a variety of topics related to New York State travel, including
- properly using campus travel authorizations and other travel-related forms;
- understanding the responsibilities of travelers and their supervisors;
- requesting travel advances;
- receiving reimbursement for lodging and meals;
- arranging for transportation for official campus business.
The site is a one-stop resource containing travel forms, instruction, and related information and is intended to make the process of arranging for official campus travel more straightforward and user friendly.
