Computing and Technology Services offers test and survey scanning and scoring/analysis services for faculty and staff (for responses collected on standard NCS/Scantron scanner forms). Drop-off and pickup location is Twin Rise 206. Hours of service are 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Documentation and forms are available on the CTS "Help for Faculty and Staff page," under "Other Resources and Services."
Tests dropped off before 4:00 p.m. will be available for pickup by 10:00 a.m. the next business day, with e-mailed results available as soon as the items are processed. Please plan ahead: this is particularly critical during busy midterm and final exam weeks. Survey turnaround time may be longer, depending on the volume of tests in the queue. We are unable to offer “while you wait” processing of tests or surveys.
