Tell Students: Workshops to Success - Truss Analysis: Method of Joints vs. Method of Sections

If you’re taking or reviewing mechanics this semester, this workshop is for you! We will go over a detailed example of both the method of joints and the method of sections and discuss how to choose the appropriate method to solve your truss analysis problem. This workshop is intended for engineering technology students, but all are welcome. Registration is not required, but we appreciate knowing how many people to expect. If you’re planning to attend, please call ext.4041 and let us know.

This workshop is sponsored by the Academic Skills Center of University College and offered free to Buffalo State students.

Note to Buffalo State instructors: Please encourage your students to attend, perhaps by giving them extra credit for participating. They can sign an attendance sheet, which we will forward to you. Call the ASC at ext. 4041 to make arrangements.
