With classes, activities, studying, and free time, planning is essential to get things done. Want to learn how to increase your productivity and success, and decrease wasted time and stress? This workshop will explore time management tools to help organize your time and find balance in your life. - Professional Communication for the Win: E-mails to Impress Your Professor, Boss, and Other Tough Critics

Stop! Before you e-mail your professor to ask for an extension on that paper or your boss to request for a day off, come to this workshop. You’ll learn strategies for writing clear, polite, and professional e-mails that are sure to impress. - Understanding Learning Styles: What Type of Learner Are You?

Understand learning styles as they apply to self to better perform study habits, research skills, other academic strategies, as well as social and emotional benefits.
SkillShops are 30- to 50-minute drop-in workshops covering a range of topics related to student success. These workshops focus on developing skills related to finding and using information, college readiness, writing, and technology.
