Tell Students - Self-Care for Student Success Workshop: Stress, Anxiety, and Sleep - November 4

The Counseling Center will offer a 50-minute workshop on the importance of stress management and sleep to academic performance on Wednesday, November 4, at noon in Weigel Health Center 203.

This workshop will focus on the top three factors that disrupted academic performance in 2014: stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties. A psychologist from the Counseling Center will help participants learn healthful ways to predict and cope with stressful times in the academic year, mental and behavioral ways to reduce anxiety, and small habitual and environmental changes that can improve sleep. This workshop is open to all, so please refer any students who might benefit.
