In celebration of National Poetry Month, E. H. Butler Library will host a student poetry contest April 15–24.

How it works:

1. Register for the contest.
2. Subscribe to our Twitter feed @askehbl.
3. Post three tweets to your own public Twitter feed with the @askehbl handle anytime between Monday, April 15, and Wednesday, April 24. Don’t have a Twitter account? Sign up for free! The three tweets together will count as one entry. At least one of the three tweets must reference libraries, books, reading, or E. H. Butler Library.
4. Check back on the library's Twitter page the following week to view the top entries and vote for your favorites.
5. Three winners, voted by you, will be announced at the end of the month. Winners will receive a prize and will be featured on the E. H. Butler Library blog and Facebook page.

Contest is open to all currently enrolled Buffalo State students. Faculty and staff members are invited to submit poetic tweets to the library's Twitter page, but they will not be entered in the contest.
