Please announce to your students that the deadline for course withdrawals and pass/fail is today (June 12th) for Summer Session A and June 20th for Summer Session 1. The deadline for Leaves of Absence (other than Medical) and Withdrawal from College is June 19th for Summer Session A and July 3rd for Summer Session 1.
Please direct your students to the Registrar’s Office for the required paperwork to process these requests by their deadlines. Students who miss these deadlines and wish to petition for late withdrawals or pass/fails will need to have a documented extenuating circumstance for missing the deadline in order to have their academic appeal approved.
