Survey On the Use of Banner in Advisement Policy Enforcement

A survey is available to all campus constituents through Friday, April 30. It is designed to gather information regarding (a.) experience and satisfaction in use/non-use of the Advisement PIN to enforce advisement of target groups, and (b.) opinions as to whether or not the option for academic departments to use the PIN for target groups should remain voluntary. The survey is available to all campus members, including students, on the Banner Web site.

Next week, two open forums will be held on the same topic. A report summarizing the results of the survey will be shared at these forums, and PIN usage discussed. The forums will both take place in Cleveland Hall 205 on Tuesday, May 4, Bengal Pause (12:15-1:30 p.m.) and Wednesday, May 5, 12:30-1:30 p.m. Please participate in this process. The College Senate and ISAS (Information Services and Systems) are co-sponsoring the survey and the open forums.
