Enjoy a steak and shrimp dinner in the Resident Dining Hall, today, Thursday, March 11, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Cost is $11.99 plus tax (cash or credit) or one Meal Swipe or Flex Dollars. One steak and shrimp dinner per ticket. Regular buffet and vegetarian options are also available. Dinner includes an 8 oz. strip steak, battered shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus with lemon butter and a red wine reduction sauce.
