The International Center for Watercolor at the Burchfield Penney is dedicated to the study, advancement, and celebration of the watercolor medium. Join us in the center's studio classroom for our Watercolor Salon Series on select Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. throughout the summer. Each salon will feature a different watercolorist, inspiring you and your fellow painters to explore new techniques and approaches to the medium. Bring your own paints or borrow a set.

$10 for members; $20 for not-yet members.
Drop-in; no registration required.
All levels of painters welcome.

August 14 | Julie Lewitzky: Combining Paint, Pencils, and Inks
Work with watercolors in a nontraditional approach where the paint is spontaneously applied. Using inks, crayons, and pencils, create an abstract, whimsical, decorative, or realistic design.
