Get in the mix with emerging and established Buffalo artists, performers, and musicians at Stay Gold, a free community art party at the Burchfield Penney Art Center at Buffalo State, on Friday, January 13, from 4:00 to 11:00 p.m. Stay Gold happens only once a year! Experience special art installations and live music performances throughout the center. Check out the exhibition opening of Charles E. Burchfield: In His Own Words, explore the galleries, participate in all-ages art-making, and more. A cash-only pop-up bar will be serving soft drinks, beer, and wine. Admission is free. Masks are optional but encouraged.
Participating artists include Abiff and Curtis, Adrian Blackmon, H Boone, Eclectric Oil and Light, Ari Moore, and Kisha Patterson. Live music by Deadwolf, Bryan Dubay, Ellen Pieroni & the Encyclopedia of Soul, Stress Dolls, tuesday nite, and DJ Trav1sTw1n.
