Southeast Asia Week: Panel Discussion - 'Governance, Policies, and Management during Pandemics in Developed and Developing Countries' – March 25

Please join us for the panel discussion "Governance, Policies, and Management during Pandemics in Developed and Developing Countries" on Thursday, March 25, via Zoom. Distinguished panelists will be Shouvik Mitra, consultant with the World Bank and community development specialist with the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization, India; and Peter Yacobucci, associate professor of political science and public administration, and coordinator of the American Democracy Project and the conflict analysis and resolution program at Buffalo State College.

Check-in time is 8:00 to 8:30 p.m.; the panel discussion will run from 8:30 to 10:00 p.m. This event is part of the 10th annual Southeast Asia Week celebration March 22–26.

This panel will discuss government’s efforts in developed and developing countries in dealing with the pandemic by examining country-level experiences, challenges, strategies, plans, and predictions for the future.
