The Buffalo State College Coalition for Katrina Relief Efforts is in the process of planning and coordinating a service trip to New Orleans to aid in the rebuilding process of a region devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The proposed* service trip will take place January 6–15, 2006, which includes travel time down to New Orleans. The service project will be to assist local schools in reopening their doors and tutoring children to help them get caught up with their schooling.
