Faculty members are invited to request a service-learning designation for courses that meet the College Senate criteria for service-learning courses as outlined on the Volunteer and Service-Learning Center website. Designating your course will allow students to easily identify service-learning courses in the course catalog. Designated courses will also be identified on students’ transcripts, and the VSLC will be able to track participation to ensure accurate community engagement efforts.
Requesting designation is fast and easy. Please submit your request by Friday, March 6.
