Science and Mathematics Day at Buffalo State

Science and mathematics faculty and students, New York State STEM Western Region master teachers, and members of the Science Teachers Association of New York State's Western Section will gather on Monday, May 19, in the Science Building atrium. Demonstrations and tours will begin at 4:30 p.m. followed by a lecture from Jamie Szafran, computer scientist, engineer, and aerospace technologist for NASA, at 6:00 p.m. in Science Building 272. Keynote speaker Will Kinney, professor and cosmologist from the University at Buffalo, will discuss the cutting-edge science of the very first moments of the universe in Bulger Communication Center South at 6:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
