All Buffalo State students may create an account and create surveys using Buffalo State’s online data collection software (Qualtrics). Students may not publish created surveys without a request from a faculty member supervising the student’s work. This is to ensure that any student using institutional data collection software is trained in IRB compliance. To request that your student be given permission to publish his or her survey, please complete the Student Survey Publish Permission form, found on the RITE website. Once students have an account, they retain access to online data collection software for the duration of their studies at Buffalo State.
