Master's and C.A.S. candidates graduating in December 2009: If you have not already submitted a Graduation Application (deadline October 1st), you may still submit the application as soon as possible. You may download the form (under Forms and Policies) or you may complete the form in the Graduate School Office, Cleveland Hall 204. You must submit a Graduation Application in order for your records to be reviewed and your degree to be awarded in December.
