It is my great pleasure to announce that Ann C. Colley, professor of English, has been named a SUNY Distinguished Professor—the highest rank awarded to instructional faculty at SUNY institutions—by the Board of Trustees.
All of us who have worked with Professor Colley in her nearly 25 years at Buffalo State College know she is a brilliant scholar, an outstanding teacher, and a wonderful colleague. She is also a great credit to her department, to our institution, and to the field of Victorian studies. Her promotion to SUNY Distinguished Professor is an honor she richly deserves.
Please join me in offering a warm congratulations to SUNY Distinguished Professor Ann Colley!
