Promotional Writing Workshop

An introductory workshop on promotional writing will be held Tuesday, April 15, during Bengal Pause (12:15–1:30 p.m.) in the Professional Development Center, E. H. Butler Library 181B.

Promotional writing is the art of getting people interested in doing something they might not otherwise have considered. Promotional writing can be two words or 200 words, but its objective is always to get the reader to do something: attend a lecture, select a nominee, visit an exhibition, buy a book.

This presentation will suggest several strategies to make your promotional material more successful.

Register through the CyberQuad Workshop Registration System.
